We Do Not Get Paid

Unless You Win

In nearly all cases, you do not pay attorney fees if we do not win against the Employer or Wrongdoer, through an award, order, or judgment in your favor or an acceptable settlement between the parties. In most Wage and Hour cases, if you prevail or win, the employer is required to pay your attorney's fees. If you do not prevail or win, you do not pay any attorney fees. Because we do not get paid unless you do, we screen our cases carefully and always work hard to ensure you get the maximum monetary compensation possible.
